The venue is pleasant and appealing with efficient staff. Lots of fresh fruit, cheese and pastries at breakfast.

Loved the place, had a nice stay at the time of our stay. The staff was exceptional and polite, the room was airy.

Practical location, fairly clean, lovely bed, very supportive staff. Absolutely perfect and silent room, we felt like at home. A walk-in shower was luxurious and everything was wonderful. Pool was brilliant, comfortable to sit around. Free soft juices and beers in the tapas bar, small parking place.

The buffet breakfast was generous and included fresh fruit, pastries and cheese, everything was outstanding. Knowledgeable and competent staff as one would expect. Decent location, walking distance to Palazzo Pubblico.

Comfy beds, coffee/tea making machines and electric outlets were a nice touch. Also, it was centrally located, where a severe Gothic cathedral is easily reachable. Basic food in the tapas restaurant. Pool was nice...

Staff were very helpful, it was fairly clean. Stunningly beautiful view, a small balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Exceptional location, within short walking distance of a multi - purpose stadium

The personnel was always faultless, efficient check-in, plus the service was thoughtful. Heated and functional units with nice exterior garden.

Facilities were quite new, though Wi-Fi was weak.

Hotel's reception was efficient. Bread, bakery, fresh fruit, cheese and meats where fresh here. There were tasteful, compact rooms with kettle, nice exterior garden plus a wonderful balcony. Centrally based in a green area.

We find it reasonable value in Siena. The food was perfect, they served slices of fresh bread, cheese, bakery, meats and fresh fruit. Fine check in & the service was courteous. Fine drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise.

It was overall clean, staff was amiable. Secure location relatively near a roman catholic church. The breakfast was rich, all meals were lovely. Service was really outstanding, that made the hotel ENCHANTING place.

it was worth its 3 stars. we appreciated hotel's location and atmosphere. a minibar, climate control and a writing desk in our single room were realy useful during our stay. not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.
